We provide up to 100 email addresses and 100 email aliases ending with your domain. The emails are hosted on our Dedicated Server and shares web-space with your website (as standard 10GB).
We can also help you setup email on different email services, including Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 etc. These services typically provide additional features that may be beneficial.
We make use of various up-time monitoring services. This allows us to know within minutes whenever your website go down for whatever reason. We can then troubleshoot the issue as soon as possible, getting the website back up and running.
While we attempt to ensure your website remains online all the time, it is simply not possible. The servers may need restarting and updating itself. We attempt to schedule these planned downtimes to times where traffic to the server is minimal.
Domains are registered by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) in our client's name (as the domain owner). ICANN requires up-to date information on the website owners and during the life of the domain, it may require some additional updates.
We keep these domain listing up to date, ensuring everything remains working.
